If my cash balance does not cover the metals I want to redeem, can I pay the difference?

At this time, you cannot pay the difference between your CyberMetals cash balance and the value of the products you would like to purchase. To cover the difference, you can either sell CyberMetals holdings (if applicable) or add funds to your CyberMetals account and, depending upon the form of payment, wait the required number of days before those funds are accessible for a redeem order.
