What requirements exist when placing a redeem order?

When placing a Redeem order, please keep in mind:
  • Your legal billing and shipping address must be on file. To enter your legal and shipping addresses, visit My Account > Settings > Profile. 
  • Your account must be verified. To verify your account, visit My Account > Settings > Verification and complete the required steps. The verification process takes approximately 3 business days. 
  • Once your order is approved, it will be shipped to your verified address. If you’d like to update this address, you can do so at any time by visiting My Account > Settings > Profile.
  • The funds you wish to use must be eligible for Redeem orders. Available funds for redemption are calculated based on the length of time the originating funds have been in your account. Certain funding methods require a holding period before they can be used to Redeem. Eligible for Redemption funds are calculated by taking the current Cash Balance value of your account and subtracting any bank ACH, credit card, or PayPal funds that are still in a holding period. The end result is the amount you currently have eligible for redemption. See table below for holding periods:

ACH 5 days after receiving funds
Credit/Debit Card 45 days after receiving funds
Paypal 45 days after receiving funds
