What is the CyberMetals Auto Buy Program?

Auto Buy allows you to schedule automatic purchases at regular intervals based on a set dollar or ounce amount. Funds are automatically deducted from your CyberMetals cash balance to pay for each Auto Buy purchase. 

We make it easy to set up a new Auto Buy:

1. Simply select "Set Up Auto Buy" from your Dashboard
2. Choose your preferred Auto Buy amount and frequency when making a purchase on the Buy screen
3. Visit My Account > Settings > Auto Buy 

Choose from daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly purchases. Auto Buy transactions will automatically execute on the scheduled buy date, and you will receive an email confirmation of each purchase. All transactions will be executed between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST on the day your Auto Buy transaction is scheduled. You may visit My Account > Settings > Auto Buy at any time to view, edit, or delete your Auto Buy orders.

Please note:

When you establish an Auto Buy using a set dollar amount, you may see separate orders completed for slightly different ounce amounts. This is because CyberMetals can only assign fractional ownership of metals out to a value of three decimal places. We will assign as much metal as possible to fulfill your order without going over the dollar amount you set.

When you establish an Auto Buy using a set ounce amount, you will likely see separate orders completed for slightly different dollar amounts. This is because the price charged will be based on CyberMetal's spot price and premium for the product at the time the order is executed.
