What happens if my order is canceled?

When you complete a CyberMetals transaction, you are agreeing to buy or sell a stated quantity of metal at a stated price. Therefore, an executed CyberMetals order cannot be canceled. However, you can offset an order you wish to cancel by buying or selling in a separate order at the current market price. You will be responsible for the market difference between the new transaction to the transaction you wish to offset. Further, if your payment is not received on a CyberMetals purchase, we may need to sell the metal under our Market Loss Policy.
